First, ensure the battery is fully charged — charge for at least 2 hours before first use. If the camera still won't power on, try removing and reinserting the battery. Check that the battery contacts are clean and properly aligned. If using the AC adapter, verify the power outlet is working. If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact our support team.

The battery provides approximately 90-120 minutes of continuous recording at 4K resolution, or up to 180 minutes at 1080p. Battery life varies based on usage conditions, temperature, and settings. For extended recording sessions, we recommend using the AC adapter or purchasing an additional battery.

Ensure you are using the original charging cable and adapter. Check that the USB port on the camera is clean and free of debris. Try a different power source or USB cable. The camera may not charge if the battery temperature is too high or too low — let it return to room temperature. If the issue persists, the battery or charging port may need service.
